Angie Reinke

Administrator/CEO

Hello and Welcome to Galeon! I am the Administrator of Galeon. I have been an employee since 2009. My first role at Galeon was the campus Social Worker. In the fall of 2016 I returned to college and completed my Nursing Home Administrators Degree and became the Administrator in July of 2017. I started in the nursing field in 1994 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I worked in various nursing home and housing positions until I went to college to become a social worker. In my current position I direct the operations of Community Memorial Home (dba Galeon), a 40-bed skilled nursing facility and its housing programs at West View Assisted Living, BridgeWell Assisted Living for memory care, Terrace Heights Independent Living Apartments, and the Community Manor Apartments. As Administrator I develop and implement operational policies and procedures to comply with Federal, State and Local requirements and to fulfill licensure certification standards. Sharon Dirkes CDM

Food And Nutrition Manager

As a Food and Nutrition Service department we strive to ensure that dining experiences in our senior living facilities are nutritionally sound, safe, healthy, and fulfilling.

At the heart of our organization is the belief that the dining experience has many levels, which, properly managed, can contribute significantly to the health and well-being of individuals.

An optimal dining experience is much more than just “eating.”  It involves the nutritional value of food, the way food is presented, the environment in which food is presented, and often, the human interactions that occur during the dining experience.  It is a way of viewing the dining experience that is holistic and aimed at the complete nourishment of individuals, including emotional and spiritual as well as the physical.
