Club Galeon Wellness Center

We at Club Galeon know that Wellness is important to everyone, regardless of age. We understand, however, that many older adults do not want to go into a “gym” or “fitness center” and have to deal with staff and or other participants that those facilities cater to. That is why we created Club Galeon. Our mission is to provide the best Wellness Programming, Customer Service, and Atmosphere to those that are 50 years of age or older. Here is some of what we have to offer:

Facility Amenities:

  • Strength area filled with HUR exercise equipment
  • Cardiovascular area with treadmill, bikes, ellipticals, and Nu-Step
  • Group exercise studio
  • Warm Water pool kept at 88 degrees
  • Whirlpool kept at 98 degrees
  • Six unisex changing rooms
  • Social area featuring coffee, water, and snacks
  • On-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy
  • BioDensity non-pharmaceutical option for osteoporosis
  • Siversneakers and Silver & Fit Facility. We also work with many other insurance companies
  • The ability for you to bring guests, including family under the age of 50

Classes Offered:

  • Yoga on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
  • Arthritis-based range of motion class in the water on Monday and Wednesday
  • Shallow water cardiovascular class on Monday and Wednesday
  • MS based water class on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Deep water cardiovascular class on Tuesday and Thursday
  • Individual or Group Personal Training

  • Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
  • The ability for members to access the club outside of operating hours

Galeon’s beautiful facility has found a home in the hearts of Minnesota’s older adults and their families.  Set on a scenic campus close to the shores of Lake Osakis, Galeon offers Skilled Nursing, Short and Long-Term Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care and a brand new Wellness Center.  Friendly neighbors and supportive staff create a welcoming atmosphere, encouraging each person to feel comfortable and secure at Galeon.  Our levels of care allow residents seamless transitions within the community, should their needs change.
